Stockerie by Errie Studios helps Shopify merchants scan, count and adjust inventory. Contact: info@erriecommerce.com.

Data we use

We request access to products, inventory and locations. We store your shop domain and identifier, subscription status, app settings, inventory scan drafts and adjustment history, product identifiers and the Shopify user ID responsible for changes. We do not request customer or order information.

Purpose and storage

Data is used only to provide inventory workflows, prevent duplicate changes and provide an audit history. Cloudflare Workers runs on a global edge network. Our D1 database uses a Western Europe location hint. Shopify and Cloudflare may process data internationally. Cloudflare and Shopify process service data under their own terms. We do not sell data or use advertising trackers.

Retention and your rights

Drafts and history remain while the app is installed. Verified uninstall and shop-redaction webhooks remove app records. Shopify inventory changes remain in Shopify after uninstall. You can export sessions to CSV. Contact us for access, correction or erasure requests. Customer privacy requests are verified, but the app holds no customer records.

Device access

Camera access is optional and only used while scanning. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not uploaded. Optional sounds and vibration run locally. The app does not use cookies or local storage for authentication.
